The Dates
Denver Area Tennis Enthusiasts (D.A.T.E), the premier Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender tennis group in the metro Denver area is pleased to host the Rocky Mountain Open June 8-10, 2012.
Our event begins with a draw party, to be held June 7, continues with matches scheduled for June 8 and 9, includes a closing night party on the 9th, and concludes with the final matches and awarding of tournament trophies on June 10th.

The Location

| Our primary venue will once again be Gates Tennis Center - an outdoor hard courts public tennis facility that has been ranked nationally in the "Top Ten" by Tennis magazine. In early 2008, Gates Tennis Facility completed an extensive renovation project including the building of a new club house/tennis pro-shop overlooking the tennis facility and was awarded the 2008 USTA Outstanding Large Public Facility of the year. Gates is located directly across the street from the Cherry Creek Shopping Center www.shopcherrycreek.com.

The Draw Party

Our draw party is sponsored by and will be held at X BAR, located at 629 East Colfax Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80203. Click here for directions.
The party is scheduled on Thursday, June 7th from 5-8:00pm. The event includes appetizers and two-for-one drink specials. We'll also hand out goodie bags including hard copies of the tournament draw as we kick off the 2012 Rocky Mountain Open!
