Entry DeadlineDeadline for entry in the Rocky Mountain Open is May 25, 2008.
Confirmation of EntryConfirmation will be sent to players upon receipt of payment. If an e-mail address is provided, then confirmation will be sent via e-mail. Otherwise, confirmation will be sent via standard mail. If confirmation is not received, then a player needs to contact the Tournament Director to verify his or her status. Final notification materials will be sent two weeks prior to the start of the Rocky Mountain Open.
RefundsFull refunds are available within 30 days of withdrawal if requested prior to the deadline. No refunds will be given after the tournament registration deadline. Further, no refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
