$125 for entry in one event
$135 for entry in two events

**Additional guests $40 per person

Entry Deadline

Deadline for entry in the Rocky Mountain Open is 5pm Mountain Time May 21, 2010.
Early Bird entry available until 5pm Mountain Time April 15, 2010.

Can I register online but pay by check?
Our preferred method of payment is via online. However, we will accept payment by check. Please see the section to the left for information on submitting a check payment.

Do I need a PayPal account to pay online?
No. You can use your credit card to pay for the registration fees with PayPal without having to setup a PayPal account. The following credit cards are accepted by PayPal: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you plan to set up a PayPal account, you may want to consider setting it up prior to registration.

Can I pay online for more than one person at a time?
Unfortunately, our tournament software does not provide a method for registering and accepting online payments for multiple players at once.

Confirmation of Entry

Confirmation will be sent to players upon receipt of payment. If an e-mail address is provided, then confirmation will be sent via e-mail. Otherwise, confirmation will be sent via standard mail. If confirmation is not received, then a player needs to contact the Tournament Director to verify his or her status. Final notification materials will be sent two weeks prior to the start of the Rocky Mountain Open.

Refunds

Full refunds are available within 30 days of withdrawal if requested prior to the deadline. No refunds will be given after the tournament registration deadline. Further, no refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
